Horrible. Does not update the medication even after you archive I have been owing 4.95 for 2 months now even though I paid it. Shipment dates are wrong. MG are wrong. Refills are wrong. Absolutely ridiculous! Zero stars
It says I can print, but I cannot.
This app is slow, shows incorrect information. It works terribly with the android system. The information provided on each medication is far less than the cvs app. Do not use. Optum in general fails to meet patient needs. Communication is severely lacking. Fail.
Improving slowly but seemingly surely, thankfully, still some confusing aspects, but beats the heck out having to call or mail in ! i have now upped it to 4 stars. fix "remember me" & ill go all 5's. Well that was then. But now, 4/15/22, will NOT let me order my quick acting insulin.! Trying re-install.
Horrible. Even though they have already been shipped, none of my medications were listed (and there is no way to add them) but my full name and insurance number were. I uninstalled this app, it is useless.

Never shows correct information.. will not show you an order has been started. Just a really bad app

The whole Optum RX experience be it online or on the phone is terrible. They make it impossible to get your question answered and the amount of stupid security that you have to go through to even get there is Way Beyond any other Health site
